How to get your tailored quote

Getting a fixed price for your renovation takes three steps. Send us the details, we visit the property, and you receive a closed, itemised quote. The visit and quote are , with no obligation.

What to send us

The more we know, the more useful the first conversation will be. If you can, include:

• Location. Town or neighbourhood, so we can confirm it is within our 45 km area. See our areas.
• Type of property. Flat, apartment, townhouse, villa or commercial unit, and the approximate size in m².
• What you want to do. A bathroom, a kitchen, a full renovation, roof or terrace repairs, or a fit-out.
• Photos or a short video of the rooms involved. Very useful if you are abroad.
• A floor plan, if you have one from the purchase or the land registry.
• Your timing. When you would like the works to start, and whether the property is let or you need it ready before a date.

After you get in touch

1. We reply to confirm we have your request and ask anything we need.
2. We send a closed, itemised quote, with materials and finishes specified.
3. If you go ahead, we agree the schedule and handle the licence or declaración responsable with the town hall.

If you are abroad

You do not need to be in Spain to get a quote or to have the work done. We can start with photos and a video call, visit with your key holder or agent, and go through the quote with you remotely. During the works your project manager sends photo and video updates.
